An important part of good health and good looks is being properly hydrated. We all know that our body is about 60% water and we all know that we need to drink water daily. How much is enough and are we really keeping track or are we carrying our water bottle around with us all day and feeling virtuous?
When I finally focused on drinking ½ my body weight in ounces each day, by measuring out that amount and putting it in the fridge, so I could actually track it, I discovered how little I had been drinking on a daily basis. Within a week, it became second nature to consume that much and more.
Drinking enough water is a simple weight loss trick, but it is essential on so many other levels, that I encourage you to make it a priority, but don’t take my word for it. Check out the website of someone whose life’s work it is to study the benefits of water for many health concerns.
